Sha Tin is in the New Territories, on the far side of the Kowloon hills, so there's no direct train from the airport. The fastest way is to start on the Airport Express and change to the MTR. The cheapest is one long bus ride that drops you on the road, with no changes and no stairs to carry your bags up.
